Browse and Search
- You can quickly start searching for sofa's, armoirs, fabrics etc by
clicking on the "New Search" button, from there you will be able to choose
the type of search you will want to perform, such as Item, Cover and Favorites.
Once selected you will be able to either perform a quick selection or an advanced
search to help you find what you are looking for.
- For example, if you are interested in finding a certain fabric, leather or
wood simply click on "New Search", the click on the Covers button, the
use the simple search or advanced search to help us determine the type of cover
you are looking for.
- If you already know the SKU of the item or cover simply type it into the
"Item Search" at the top of the page and click "GO".
Options and Information
- General item/cover options such as printing, applying covers, larger views,
email, etc are located in the "Options" area in the upper left.
- Specific item/cover options such as suite, related, sectional and assembly
are also located in the "Options" area in the upper left but only appear
on items that they are relevent to.
- Quick information about item/cover selections can be seen by hovering the
mouse over the items SKU number in the browser for a brief few seconds and reading
the pop-up information box; more in-depth information is provided when you click
on the picture of the item or click on the magnifying glass icon [
] .
Navigation and Saving
- For areas with multiple pages such as item browsing you can use the «
Prev and Next » buttons for navigation. You can also use the "Jump to"
menu to help you jump to a certain area in your search.
- For information on what certain options do or where certain pages go hold
the mouse over the option for several seconds and you will get a more descriptive
phrase.
- You can save items, covers, custom images, etc into a "Favorites"
folder allowing you to see those anytime from anyplace, including the store. You
will have to create an account first by clicking on the "Login" button.
Printing a Room Plan
- If you are having difficulty with printing (i.e. you can use the room planner
but when you want to print nothing seems to happen) and you are using Windows XP SP2
or Windows Vista, this is caused by Internet Explorer or Firefox blocking the pop-up
window for our printing. To fix this you need to enable pop-ups for our website.
Internet Explorer
- click Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and click the Settings button in the
Pop-up Blocker Area at the bottom. Then type "eprevue.net" into the "Address of Web
site to allow" and click Add.
Firefox
- click Tools -> Preferences -> Content. Next to the "Block pop-up windows" text click
Exceptions, type "eprevue.net" then close your preferences dialogs.
Note: In both cases you will then need to click Print Room plan again and you should see a new window pop-up and your printer dialog box on top of that.
